Abstract

Strategic decision-making in Ecuadorian business management is subject to multifaceted complexity, marked by variability in the influence of internal and external factors. Under a neutrosophic approach, the indeterminacies surrounding these processes are explored, with the overall goal of assessing strategic decision-making for inclusion in the dynamic business environment. The results indicate the necessity of recognizing and incorporating indeterminacies into the changing dynamics of business activity. The conclusions underscore the need for adaptable and resilient strategies that adjust to the variability in the influence of internal and external factors in business management.
