Open Access: Committed to the principles of open access, SAEM provides free and unrestricted access to its wealth of engineering management research. Our open-access policy empowers readers to freely download, share, and engage with the entirety of published articles. By removing barriers, we aim to catalyze collaboration and knowledge exchange within the global scientific community.

Acceptance Rate and Timelines: In its inaugural year, SAEM aspires to maintain rigorous standards of quality and efficiency. While historical acceptance rates are not yet established, our commitment is to uphold a selective acceptance rate, ensuring the publication of high-quality research. For the year 2024, we aim for an initial editorial decision within 7 days from manuscript submission, a median time of 15 weeks from submission to acceptance, and an additional 4 days from acceptance to online publication. These ambitious timelines are designed to streamline the publication process, facilitating swift sharing of groundbreaking discoveries with the global scientific community. The SAEM editorial team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and efficient publication experience, contributing to the legacy of excellence in engineering management research.
